We had 3 teams of 5, 1 from each team started at home and ran to 1st base (
10 Burpees ) then on to 2nd base ( 10 KB Swings ) then to 3rd base ( 10 Air Squats ) then home ( 10 Box Jumps ) the other members of each team followed behind one at a time. You could not start until the member in front of you finished the base they were on. Runs were scored by the last member of each team finishing home (10 Box Jumps)
